Statewide Criminal Reports provide information concerning Felony and Misdemeanor convictions and pending cases that originated at the county level and reported to a state repository. These repositories may be maintained by the State Police, Department of Public Safety, or another State agency. Reported information usually includes offense date, nature of offense, sentencing date, disposition, and current status.
