Basic Package

  • County Civil Court Record Search

    A search of civil records at the county level will tell you if your candidate has been involved in any disputes involving money, property, or contracts. Civil records may also disclose liens and foreclosures, restraining orders, breaches of contract, and product liability suits.

  • Nationwide Bankruptcy Search

    Every day, C-Suite-level executives will be making decisions about your company’s money. This search returns all bankruptcy information in your candidate’s background, giving you insight into their financial accountability.

  • County Criminal Court Record Search

    County criminal records provide the most complete and up-to-date information about an applicant’s criminal history. We’ll search the criminal records in all the counties in which the job applicant has lived for the past seven years. This search provides detailed information about felony or misdemeanor convictions, pending cases, and active warrants.

  • UCC/Lien/Judgments—State

    If your candidate has had any Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) judgments or liens filed against them in the state in which they reside, we’ll be able to let you know the dates and amounts, giving you potentially valuable insight into their track record with business finances.

  • Federal District Criminal Search

    We’ll search your applicant’s name across the 94 federal US district and appellate court databases. If they have convictions or pending cases of federal crimes, including fraud, embezzlement, or tax evasion, we’ll be able to let you know.

  • Nationwide Criminal Record Locators

    This multi-jurisdictional search provides the most complete check of an applicant’s criminal history. Our proprietary database is compiled from US court records and routinely updated. The data is sourced from county courts, statewide criminal databases, and national sex offender and correctional databases.

  • Social Security Trace

    Know who you’re hiring. This powerful background screening tool provides a comprehensive record of the job applicant’s name variations and previous addresses. By revealing previously used names and generating a more complete address history, it allows us to broaden our criminal and civil searches.


    Avoid fines and lawsuits by making sure you’re in compliance with Security and Exchange Commission (SEC) and Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) regulations. This search looks for a history of complaints, lawsuits, or arbitration filed by customers, disciplinary actions by the SEC or FINRA, or past employment with firms that have been expelled from the securities industry.

Premium Package

Everything included in the Basic & Standard Packages, plus:

  • Education Verification

    Not all education claims are equal. “Attended” isn’t the same as “graduated,” and a certificate isn’t the same as a diploma.

    Education verification can be one of the most difficult and time-consuming aspects of an executive background check, so let us do the work. We’ll verify that your applicant has the education and skills needed for the position by making sure their degree is from a legitimate, accredited institution and confirming their dates of attendance, degree, area of study, and graduation date.

  • Employment Verification

    Even at the highest levels, resume fraud can be a problem. Let us do the legwork of contacting previous and current employers. We’ll confirm that your applicant’s resume matches their actual job history by verifying employment, employment dates, and positions held. You can rest easy knowing their experience is appropriate for the duties, title, and salary of the position they’re being considered for.

  • Professional License Verification

    Protect yourself from liability issues by ensuring your job applicant has the licenses they claim to have. We’ll contact the license issuing authority on your behalf to verify the license, the date it was issued, and the expiration date.
